ResMed

The Rejuvenation Roadshow

Helping over 100,000 visitors learn more about getting better, deeper sleep.

ResMed is a global leader in sleep technology with a track record of over 30 years and foundations. Their challenge to us: start sleep conversations with, and collect data from, over 100,000 Australians in a congested, noisy market, and drive footfall and sales to ResMed and their partner network. Our answer: a roadshow across six targeted shopping malls on the Eastern Seaboard that leveraged several smart activations like Sleepy Time tea tastings and free sleep consults with a Sleep Coach.

Solution: The roadshow was created to unlock rejuvenation through helping to set up savvier sleep habits and discovering more about disorders such as Sleep Apnea. The experience contained four activation areas: the Pledge To Win competition area where customer’s answers and data were collected and placed into a daily draw to win a hamper, the Sleep Well section with the herbal Sleepy Time tea tastings, a Discover Our Tools where visitors could have free sleep consults, and lastly, the Test Your Tiredness area with a nifty spot-the-difference game to see how tired visitors really were.

Solution: the ResMed Rejuvenation Roadshow was part of an integrated ‘WakeOver’ campaign that helps to educate on the benefits of improved sleep quality and sleep disorder awareness through a triple combination serving of tailored educational experiences, fun activations, and engaging technology.

1 All data was securely collected and handled in strict accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) of The Privacy Act 1988.
