HubSpot @ Inspirefest

Unwinding at the HubSpot Recharge Lounge

How do you kick back and relax in between stimulating and thought-provoking conference speakers? We helped inbound marketing software company HubSpot create a welcoming environment for attendees to rest and recharge at Inspirefest 2018.

Looking to create a destination hub at Inspirefest, a unique international festival of technology, science, design and the arts, HubSpot wanted attendees to be able to ‘Plug In’ or ‘Plug Out’ between speakers. They also wanted to be able to meet with prospective clients in a relaxed environment. Lastly, the stand needed to support HubSpot's diversity and inclusivity strategies, both of which are core values for the business.

After researching the profile of the attendees and understanding HubSpot's key objectives, we created the HubSpot Recharge Lounge. The space offered device charging (a perquisite at a tech conference) and the opportunity to share diversity and inclusivity messages through video content. It also provided extra-comfy seating and that all-important Instagrammable moment. These features made the HubSpot Recharge Lounge a must-visit destination within the Bord Gais Theatre at Inspirefest. 

Over 3,000 people attended Inspirefest with the majority visiting the stand at some point of the two day period. HubSpot we're thrilled with the results: "Because brought our event vision to life. The team understood our business and our event goals, and came up with a customised flexible, and honestly, inspiring plan. Our finished events space looked just like the illustration they presented to us, and attendees loved it!'
