We created Smartown. A beautifully crafted immersive live experience that dramatises the emotional bond consumers have with their home, making HIVE the facilitator of easy, comfortable, connected living.
Held in the stunning setting of Orto Botanico gardens, Milan, we worked in collaboration with Conversion, Mario Cucinella Architects and School of Sustainability (SOS) to create an interactive experience consisting of 33 Hive smart homes – which shared a dozen use-cases for Hive’s suite of products – plus a pop-up store featuring interactive retail units and the opportunity to purchase products. A skyline display at the end of the installation featured rounded buttons enabling consumers to compare how much energy is used by residential vs. commercial establishments.
