Back with a bang at Comic Con

An action-packed stand that proves Hasbro doesn’t play around when it comes to fan experiences.

With brands like Star Wars, Marvel and Transformers under the Hasbro ‘cape’, there is no better place to connect with the Fandom than at Comic Con. London’s MCM event was going to be Hasbro’s first since 2019, and we were tasked with building a stand with a bang. Our solution: an action-packed fan experience for the world’s largest toy maker, that had social media ablaze with all things Hasbro during the event, and beyond.

Solution: To stand out at Comic Con, we knew we’d need to create a stand that packed a real punch. In fact, it had to be more than a stand, it had to be an experience, one that lived beyond the event.

We drew fans in by creating four towering, lit totems that encompassed captivating display cabinets showcasing a plethora of prime and exclusive Hasbro Pulse products. Live, not-to-be-missed panel discussions, sneak previews of exclusive collectibles and well-timed merch giveaways and competitions ensured they not only stuck around, but came back for more. And epic photo ops, like a life-size, special edition Captain America Toy Box, complete with Captain America shield had super fans posing for, and posting, the perfect pic.

Creating the connection: The Hasbro fan experience with the thoughtfully designed backdrops and photo ops were designed to encourage visitors to take pics and share their experience on their social channels. And it worked. The photo ops were a huge hit with both adults and children alike, ensuring Hasbro’s Comic Con ‘stand’ lived well beyond the event itself.
