The challenge: British Gas sought to stage a strong, engaging day to share its 2020 vision and long-term strategy with key stakeholders. The event needed to address the changing shape of the UK energy market. The brand also wanted to provide its stakeholders with a memorable social opportunity to bring teams closer together.

The challenge: Our team of experiential events experts slickly dressed the room at the Windsor Racecourse in corporate branding, created eye-catching staging and visual presentations, and custom-built a eCRM system to manage the invitation process. We ensured that breakout workshop sessions provided plenty of opportunities for delegates to network throughout the day. We built an integrated voting system for attendees, with voting buttons providing for immediate feedback throughout the day.
