Bringing the future of energy to life

As the proud headline sponsor of the Energy Live Future (ELF) conference for the second-year running, British Gas wanted to make sure that everyone heard its message loud and clear. The leading energy provider set Because a mission: to extend the reach of the live experience via a highly-targeted eDM (electronic direct mail) campaign filled to the brim with valuable industry content. And we didn’t disappoint. 


Our challenge was to ensure that delegates who attended the highly successful trade conference remained actively engaged with BGB thereafter. To do this, we created a regular flow of captivating, thought-provoking content helped keep high value customer leads warm for for sales follow up. 

Bursting at the seams with valuable content, over a two month period delegates received personalised emails aimed at meeting the varying needs of both attendees and non-attendees. We made sure that each element of our eDM campaign offered content about the future of energy that was guaranteed to maintain interest and engagement.

Through a combination of event highlight video reels, surveys, webinars, blogs, videos, presentation decks and even thought leadership from Gab Barbaro, Managing Director of British Gas Business, we gave the perfect overview of the latest trends in energy efficiency and energy investment. The campaign helped maintained interest long after the event by keeping delegates updated and informed.
