Badoo Team Building Event

A fun filled celebration at Alton Towers

Social networking service Badoo called on us to serve up a weekend of fun and intrigue for its global team to mark 10 years of growth. The stage was set: Alton Towers theme park. The ball was in our court to create an unforgettable 48 hours.

We made every second count for Badoo at Alton Towers. Our carefully-constructed itinerary constantly surprised and delighted guests and ensured that everyone left with a big smile on their face. It was the perfect way to celebrate this very special milestone.

Building a sense of unity can be challenging with a global workforce. When Badoo wanted to commemorate a decade of success, something very special was needed to bring everyone together. We built a bespoke programme of fun and informative activities, providing the perfect setting for learning, team-building and staff engagement.

Every attendee arriving from across the globe was met with a specially branded welcome pack, as senior stakeholders gathered the team to explore the company’s vision. The celebrations kicked off with a whole host of competitive and creative team-building activities, and then the surprises really started rolling in.

We made the most of the atmospheric Ruins setting for our unique event. Transforming the conference into a giant white party, Badoo’s team added the colour with some very messy UV body paints. Haunted ghost tours, roller disco, magicians, fire dancers, photobooths, exclusive priority access to the theme park’s gravity-defying rides, and even pole-dancing robots (yes, really) followed.

Our tight-lipped approach kept anticipation levels high, with each big reveal adding to the excitement. We pulled out all the stops to create a 10-year anniversary celebration to remember.
