Roy the Redeemer on the White Cliffs of Dover


Anxious England fans, awaiting the team’s opening European Football Championship game, were treated to a great stunt by Paddy Power.  


The online betting site unveiled “Roy the Redeemer” above the White Cliffs of Dover.  The giant cutout of the England manager stood 108ft tall and could be seen from the shores of France, England’s opening opponent.  In a further act of faith Paddy Power pledged to refund losing bets on England’s Euro 2012 match against France if England won!
