Meet Bee Aneno, our new Senior Account Executive

Our new colleague is a multi-talented, content-creating tour de force that’s fuelled by wanderlust, creativity, and the occasional margarita. Here’s what you need to know about Bee Aneno.

It’s difficult not to be envious when learning more about Bee. This charismatic Londoner has already travelled across the world, and her current residence is in Milan, one of the swishest capitals in the world. It’s not just her present home city that exudes style and sophistication; her previous work has too: she’s woven content for high-end fashion houses like Dolce & Gabbana.

Bee’s skills extend far beyond content creation and social media management. She’s also a respected health and wellness advocate and a qualified eyelash and brow technician (her side-line business is opening soon). As if all her entrepreneurial spirit isn’t enough, she also has a secret musical talent – she’s pretty good on the piano, too.

When Bee isn’t doing one of the above, she can mostly be found listening to podcasts, spending time with her friends, and going to new restaurants – something which her current city has plenty of (how are your envy levels doing right about now?).

We wanted to know a little bit more about our globetrotting Account Executive, so we asked her our five critical get-to-know-you questions.

1. Which campaign or role in your career are you most proud to have worked on?

The project I’m most proud of is when the agency I was at won the Dolce & Gabbana eCommerce website. We only had about two weeks to create all the online content for it. Seeing it go live after those weeks felt amazing. Now, I’m looking forward to getting my hands dirty and working on more exciting projects at Because.

2. Which person, dead or alive, would you love to have dinner with?

Michaela Coel, because she is undeniably an extremely talented woman. I would love to hear about her creative process. If you haven’t already, you need to watch I May Destroy You.

3. What show are you currently bingeing on Netflix? And what makes it so ‘bingeable’?

The Bold Type. It’s kind of like a younger Sex and the City vibe, which I love. There are aspects of the main characters that are relatable as a woman in her twenties.

4. What’s your go-to drink? And why?

It changes from season to season, but I’m currently drinking margaritas because it gives me boujee holiday vibes and tequila is my go-to spirit.

5. Name one thing on your bucket list.

I still want to live in at least two more countries, one of which is France.
