BEcause’s British Gas Generation Green campaign wins two awards
We’re delighted to announce that our Generation Green Energy Performance activation for British Gas has won two awards in 2014’s EVCOM Clarion Awards.
The EVCOM Clarion Awards are recognised as one of the UK’s leading awards for the communication of CSR, social and ethical debate, diversity and inclusion and those working in education, health, social welfare and charity as well as venues, locations and suppliers able to show excellent awareness of CSR.
In June this year, we were tasked by British Gas to enhance its Generation Green initiative, an energy-saving education programme for primary school children.To do this we designed and produced a four-day dance-themed brand experience at Westfield Shopping Centre that championed British Gas’ commitment to energy education.
This impressive campaign has won us awards for Best External Live Event and Best Sustainable Event.
The campaign has also been shortlisted in the FMBE Awards for both Most Immersive Brand Event (by invitation) and Most Effective Roadshow or shopping centre campaign, so a very big well done to all members of the BEcause team who worked on this great campaign!
