Challenge: Showcase the breadth of careers available in the RAF and kick-start applications.
Concept: Rise to the challenge
Execution: Engaging, 7-city interactive RAF roadshow launched offering prizes for different engineering, intelligence, fitness and logistics challenges. Themed lifestyle zones provided area for potential recruits to chat to Brand Ambassadors and RAF recruiters. Pre-event stunts staged in city centres to publicise roadshow, featuring team-based blindfold obstacle races.
Results: Over 1,500 people introduced to RAF recruiters, with almost 40% registering interest in an RAF career.
