Challenge: Raise awareness and sales of British Gas sustainable innovations and services to new and existing customers.
Concept: Sustainable innovations and services to new and existing customers
Execution: Created an impactful and informative sustainability cafe from a shipping container positioned at six country shows and events across England. Provided a welcoming platform for British Gas sales and technical staff to engage with audience and turn interest into new and developed customer relationships.
Results: All 6 events resulted in higher than expected sales figures, lead generation, exposure and face-to-face conversations. Our success has led to further campaigns within the wider British Gas business and a full year’s plan being developed for activity in 2012.
