Pizza Express is using an interactive trailer to deliver a fresh pizza experience to festivals and events this summer. The trailer, featuring a specially designed conveyor oven to allow customers to see their pizzas being cooked, will visit Bestival this September. To ensure the trailers instantly recognizable, customers will be able to enjoy their pizza on the restaurants iconic marble tables.
Cereal bar Nature Valley is sending hit squads of Brand Ambassadors cycling around outdoor events this summer distributing free samples of its crunchy granola bars. Those who trial the granola bar can enter a prize draw to win a scenic outdoor holiday. In addition, Nature Valley will be hosting a giant free picnic in a central London park later this summer.

Meat substitute Quorn is handing out its own versions of classic meat recipes around the UK this summer as part of a drive to change consumer perceptions about the product. Hot and cold samples of family favourites including Spaghetti Bolognese will be on trial. Consumers who sample the Quorn recipes will receive a Quorn recipe book and money-off vouchers.

Snack brand Pot Noodle is taking its Pot Noodle branded tour bus to major outdoor events this summer to promote its new Doner Kebab flavour to 16-25 year olds. The bus, featuring characters and music from Pot Noodle’s TV ads, will tour events such as ‘Party in the Park’ and ‘T4 on the Beach’. On board the bus, consumers can win a ‘Pot Noodle Bling Belt’ by trying one of the hottest chilli sauces available in the UK in ‘The Chilli Challenge’.
Marks & Spencer has tasked brand experience specialists BEcause with staging a vibrant experiential campaign across London to promote the addition of authentic Asian flavours cuisine to its ‘Food to Go’ range. The new range, including sushi, salads, lettuce cups and wraps, is a tasty and healthy alternative to the traditional lunchtime sandwich.
